Hamblen County Emergency Communications District (ECD) is seeking sealed qualifications for: Architectural Services for Hamblen County 9-1-1 (HCECD-001-2024). RFQ specifications are available for download at www.hamblen911.org. Hard copies of the specifications are available at the Hamblen County ECD Administrative Office, 530 North Jackson Street, Morristown, TN 37814 during normal business hours. Submission instructions are in the RFQ document and must be followed exactly. Sealed qualifications are due no later than Friday, May 31, 2024 at 2:00pm at which time they will be publicly opened in the West Wing Conference Room at the Hamblen County Courthouse, 511 West Second North Street, Morristown, TN 37814.
