GOVERNOR LEE EXTENDS STAY-AT-HOME ORDER

Governor Bill Lee has extended the stay-at-home order for Tennesseans through April 30th. Hamblen County buildings including the Courthouse, Justice Center, and Satellite Office will continue to be closed to the public during that time. Hamblen County Courts Update

The Tennessee Supreme Court has amended Order No. ADM2020-00428 regarding the COVID-19 pandemic as it relates to court proceedings. Courts will be open, but will be suspending in-person proceedings through April 30, 2020.
