SECTION 00 01 13 – ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Hamblen County Government requests bids for Hamblen County Health Department project located at 1578 Buffalo Trail, Morristown, TN.

Sealed bids will be received by Hamblen County Government at the current Hamblen County Health Department Conference Room, 331 West Main Street, Morristown, Tennessee 37814, 3:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, 03 April 2025.

Prospective bidders may receive an Invitation to Bid and may obtain Bidding Documents from BarberMcMurry Architects, 505 Market Street, Suite 300, Knoxville, Tennessee 37902-2175, Phone: 865-934-1915.  A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20 March 2025 at 10 a.m. local time at the project site, 1578 Buffalo Trail, Morristown, TN.

All bidders must be licensed Contractors in compliance with the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994, Tennessee Code Annotated 62-6 et. seq., enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, as currently amended.

Hamblen County Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to determine which bid is in its best interest.
