The Hamblen County Highway Department is seeking applicants to fill “Laborer” positions to perform manual labor, trimming and cutting trees, assisting with snow removal, directing traffic, and additional tasks as assigned by the Highway Supervisor.

The Hamblen County Highway Department is seeking applicants to fill “Truck Driver” positions to assist in highway maintenance and mowing crews. Requires considerable experience working with heavy equipment. This position requires Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License.

All positions are full-time (40 hours) with benefits.
