NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Executive Order No. 16 issued by Governor Bill Lee on March 20, 2020, regarding limiting gatherings to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 and allowing public meetings to be conducted by electronic means, the Hamblen County Commission Meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2020 beginning at 5:00 p.m. will be conducted Electronically.   Commissioners attending the meeting by electronic means will be counted in the quorum and will be entitled to vote.  All votes will be taken by roll call.

The physical location for the meeting is 511 West Second North Street, Morristown, TN, 37814.  There will be no physical access permitted by the public at the physical location for the meeting.  The public and any interested party can view/join the meeting on line or by telephone by using the instructions below.

Meeting electronically and limiting public access to the meeting is necessary to protect the public health, safety, and welfare in light of COVID-19.  The County will return to in-person meetings as soon as possible.
